Bowstring Advises Workforce Insight Inc. in its Recapitalization with Baird Capital

Bowstring Advisors (“Bowstring”) served as the exclusive financial advisor to Denver-based Workforce Insight, Inc. (“Workforce Insight”), a leading global provider of strategic workforce management consulting, analytics and managed services, in its recent recapitalization with Baird Capital (“Baird”).

Workforce Insight has helped over 225 customers, including 12 Fortune 100 organizations, experience significant productivity improvements by aligning labor with business demand and supporting compliance with government regulations and labor contracts. The company leverages technology, analytics tools, and market-leading process expertise to achieve financial benefits totaling hundreds of millions of dollars.

Angela Selden, an advisor at Baird Capital, will become CEO at Workforce Insight, and both founders will remain with the Company. Steve Goldman will become President, and Don Giffels will remain as Vice President of Healthcare Solutions.

Workforce Insight’s recapitalization with Baird was effective April 4, 2014. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
