Bowstring Advisors is pleased to announce that it advised AMS Utiliserv (“AMS”), a subsidiary of Advantage Human Resourcing, on its sale to Olameter Inc., Montreal, Canada, effective March 31, 2010. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Bowstring acted as the exclusive advisor to AMS and its parent organization, Advantage Human Resourcing.
AMS is a full-service meter reading outsourcing company located in Monroe, La. AMS supplies meter reading services to electric, gas, and water utility companies. The Company works with both corporate and municipal utilities across Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Georgia.
