Bowstring Advises Aggressor in its recent sale to Deloitte Consulting

Bowstring Advisors (“Bowstring”) served as the exclusive financial advisor to Aggressor, LLC (“Aggressor”), in its recent sale to Deloitte Consulting LLP  (“Deloitte Consulting”).

Aggressor was a rapidly growing technology consulting firm focused on implementing Workday, the leader in cloud-based SaaS HR and Finance solutions.  With a sole focus on Workday and a highly disciplined delivery approach, Aggressor quickly established itself as Workday’s leading implementation and integration partner, having the largest number of Workday-certified consultants and involvement with over one-third of Workday’s total customer base.

With this acquisition, Deloitte Consulting is now the leading Workday consulting practice with expanded global reach and deeper HR transformation capabilities.  Former Aggressor clients will benefit from the additional service and strategic capabilities of Deloitte Consulting’s human capital practice when combining Workday with their HR transformation initiatives.
