    OVERVIEW

    Justin is driven to deliver outstanding M&A outcomes for technology clients by combining energy and attention to detail with deep sector expertise. Bowstring provides a compelling platform from which to generate outlier results by offering senior-level attention, intimate knowledge of strategic and financial buyers, and fully committed, responsive execution teams.

    Justin is a Director on Bowstring’s IT & Professional Services team. He has eight years of experience executing transactions from the lower middle market to publicly-traded engagements. Representative transactions include AIM Consulting’s acquisition by Odyssey Investment Partners-backed Addison Group, Collaborative Solutions’ recapitalization by Westview Capital Partners and MarketPay’s acquisition by Warburg Pincus-backed Payscale.

    BACKGROUND

    Justin joined Bowstring Advisors in 2016 to work directly with clients in the IT services and technology sectors. He has spent his investment banking career advising shareholders and operators on strategic alternatives related to M&A, with closed transactions totaling more than $15 billion in enterprise value.

    Prior to Bowstring, Justin was a Vice President at KPMG Corporate Finance, the investment banking advisory arm of KPMG. Justin began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Morgan Stanley in New York.

    Justin graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and received his MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Emily, and two children.
