Don is a senior member of Bowstring’s IT & Professional Services, Healthcare and Software teams. He brings a forthright and determined approach to the firm working tirelessly to deliver superior results to the firms’ clients. Representative deals include Collaborative Solutions’ recapitalization by Westview Capital Partners, Sagacious’ acquisition by Accenture, Taos’ recapitalization by Bunker Hill Capital and Nexus’ acquisition by Dimension Data.
Don joined Bowstring Advisors in 2009 to grow the IT & Professional Services practice. With over 20 years of experience, Don has advised on over 90 middle-market transactions including both minority and majority recaps, large cross border transactions, strategic acquisitions to the top global system integrators and Board advisory engagements.
Prior to joining Bowstring, Don was a Managing Director at DecisionPoint International where he specialized in M&A work for IT and technology firms. Previously he worked for Stanford Keene, investment-banking firm focused on the information technology industry.
Don is a graduate of Roger Williams University and received his MBA from Queens University of Charlotte. He lives in Monarch Beach, California with his wife, Erica, and daughter.
